• Executive Leader: Over 25 years experience and accomplishments in Manufacturing in leading Business Excellence in Operational and Strategic initiatives for a major Technologies company in the top 50 Fortune 500, list of companies.

• Business Excellence Management: Implemented Product Leadership, Operational Excellence, and Customer Intimacy disciplines within Tier 1,2 and 3 Organisations.

• Program and Project Management: Demonstrated Portfolio, Program, and Project Management within high-volume, high-paced manufacturing environments.

• Supply Chain Management: Managed the flow of goods, data, and finances related to a product or service from concept to product delivery.

• Supplier Quality Management: Designed, developed, and implemented a system through which supplier quality is managed proactively and collaboratively.

• New Products Introduction: Facilitated new product launches, ensuring 100% of materials met stringent quality benchmarks, conducted process validation assessments to improve process reliability and product life cycle, and defined the process for root cause analysis for product failures, which led to a 40% reduction in warranty claims.
