Profile:

A business focused digital and technology leader with a wealth of experience across industries including Biotech, Pharma, and Hi-Tech. Senior-level expertise in building trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and executive teams in global environments, with a focus on strategy and operational effectiveness. Has built and led culturally diverse teams across EMEA, Americas, and Asia Pacific, with a history of attracting and developing talent to help drive better business outcomes. Successfully develops and executes technology strategies measured through KPIs, goals, and metrics. Strong commercial understanding of budgets and cost-value alignment. Skilled in managing large-scale change projects, team dynamics, and effectively communicating IT and business concepts across functions.

  • Excellent Program Management in developing and executing innovative large scale strategic Digital and Technology Information Roadmaps and implementing these capital programs on-time and within budget.

  • Highly experienced Leader in managing Site Transformations, Consolidations, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Offshoring on a Global Scale leading to significant Financial Cost Savings and Human Capital Optimisation.  

  • Experienced People Leader in managing, engaging, empowering and developing large diverse technology teams on a global scale.

  • Global experience with Compliance and Governance ensuring technology compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards, and implementing Enterprise Technology governance structures.

  • Experienced in developing and implementing ERP programs on a Global Scale, while supporting best-in-class implementation, standardisation and efficiency gains.
