West Cork Recruitment are delighted to be hiring an Assistant Bar Manager for a well known bar in Clonakilty. This role is full time (40 hours a week). The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service at the bar. Subsidized accommodation available if required.
Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage service.
• Provide training and guidance to new staff members.
Qualifications
• At least 1-2 years' of bar management
• Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
• Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
